I asked why only $130 instead of the price I was quoted for my phone $540 online?!!!\nWhen I asked him why the difference , as he continued chewing gum, replied “Because your phone is not in perfect condition “ I asked him “What was the imperfection?” He replied- because your screen is broken as he was pointing at a hairline on the screen protector😳 I asked for his supervisor, who was even more rude than he was and after explaining the situation to her she just looked at me and without a word, started it talking to him, turning away from me.\nEventually, after some more waiting, he came back with the correct price for the trade-in of $540. Again without a word of apology or anything except asking me for my account number for the refund.\nI felt like I was buying a car from a used car lot , not an Apple Store ! Can you imagine that level of unprofessionalism ???\nAfter all set and done like this a normal practice there, he just walked away and none even\nbothered for any apologies like nothing is abnormal about this kind of customer service and lack of professionalism.\nI sincerely hope Apple management takes note of these issues and works on improving the professionalism and training of their staff, before is too late and some serious competition appears in today’s competitive market.",

I don't have notifications even installed. I have them off off off off so why would this even be occurring. In addition, text messages from over a year and a half ago completely restored on my phone. I had to delete about 900 messages. Completely flawed once again why does Apple continue to Manipulate our phones. And with no recourse to get things rectified. You make it next to impossible to get help with the phone situation unless you walk into a store which is always a long wait and always filled with an abundance of people shoulder to shoulder and especially at whole entire time nobody's trying to walk into Apple For a phone fix that shouldn't even be occurring. I have to take time out of my precious day to address this situation when apple is $1 billion company a technology company if they can't get this right stop doing updates get it together find a new industry, but my Goodness why I have read an enormous amount of issues other folks have had with Their devices as well. I scheduled an appointment for today and completed a diagnostic the day before with the understanding that I will then meet with a technician, leave my phone and pick it up an hour or so later. First, despite having an appointment at 11:40 a.m., I checked in and meet with Apple Person No. 1 who proceeds to tell me I have to sit in the waiting area until Apple Person No. 2 meets with me which occurs 15 minutes later, has me complete a number of questions on a tablet and runs additional tests on my phone and proceeds to tell me to wait for Apple Person No. 3. Apple Person No. 3 arrives 5 minutes later, does additional testing on my phone and now I am in the store for 25 minutes before Apple Person No. 3 tells me they out of stock of iphone 14 batteries, have been out of stock for some time and have no way to determine if or when batteries will be available. Apple is paying 3 people to waste my time and their money, not including my traveling to and from the store when they do not keep batteries in stock. Steve Jobs would be turning over in his grave if he knew his beautiful company has such inefficiency in the area of customer support. When you make the appointment online and you request a battery, why doesn't the app check the inventory and tell you not to come in or go to a different store or at the very least, when you check in, Apple Person No. 1 advises of you of this. Apparently only Steve Jobs is smart enough to tie inventory to the appointment scheduler. What a joke this store is...too bad it is not funny.",
